Our mental health program combines evidence-based therapies, trauma care, and individualized plans in a supportive environment.

Residential

Our Residential program offers an immersive experience includes intensive clinical services, round-the-clock supervision, and observed medication management, all within a nurturing group therapy environment. Clients enjoy a serene, secure, and comfortable campus that minimizes external stressors, enabling a focused path to wellness and recovery.

PHP

Our PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) program allows clients to receive intensive support through individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on essential skills like emotional regulation, communication, resourcing, and coping strategies. Clients also engage in three weekly clinical outings, led by a therapist, in a group therapy format.

Individualized treatment plans

We incorporate innovative tech-driven screenings alongside traditional methods for evaluating depression and anxiety. This blend of technology and traditional evaluation includes a thorough biopsychosocial assessment to guide truly personalized care.

Clinical & family support

Our robust clinical support includes therapy 3x per week for residential care and 2x per week for PHP participants. Family support is integral, involving family education & engagement. Recognizing the importance of family dynamics, our program emphasizes their role in mental health recovery & treatment.

Trauma-centric Treatment

Our program integrates comprehensive trauma treatment, including modalities like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and accelerated resolution therapy (ART). Trauma work begins with grounding, resourcing, and stabilization techniques to ensure safety before addressing deeper issues.

Sleep assistance

Our Sleep Assistance Services focuses on cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTI), delivered through weekly group sessions. The program also offers acupressure for sleep anxiety, guided meditation, sound bath therapy, sleep position stretching groups, education on sleep hygiene, and state-of-the-art eye masks for enhanced relaxation.
